From the moment your package is scanned by a FedEx® Office employee or FedEx® driver, you will be able to track its whereabouts. You can go track it by going to FedEx.com – or by simply entering your tracking number in the Google search bar!

Your package is opened under video camera and the contents checked against the packing slip you enclosed.
Every item including scrap gold, sterling silver jewelry, gold coins as well as items determined to be of no precious metal value are sorted and photographed.
Your items are stored in our vault under 24 hour security.

Once your package is delivered to GoldFellow®, it is scanned into our system. We immediately send an email letting you know your items have arrived safely.
Within hours of receiving your package, your items will be tested for purity (karat), weighed and valued according to the day’s posted scrap gold prices.
As soon as your karats and weights have been entered into our system, you’ll receive an email saying your settlement offer is ready to view online in the GoldView® section of the website.
Once you have accepted or declined your settlement, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your payment process has begun or your items are being returned.
If you don’t log onto your account within 24 hours, we’ll try our best to reach you by phone and email. But, if we cannot reach you, our policy is to issue payment by the method you selected.
