Position Description – Store Manager:

Store Managers are responsible for opening and closing their GoldFellow® retail store; general store appearance; greeting customers, testing materials for precious metal content and processing customer payments; administrative duties including daily reporting, data entry; inventory and law enforcement compliance; and supervising assistant manager and/or part time and weekend employees.

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, detail oriented, possesses good math and communication skills and is comfortable with technology.  Three or more years in retail sales, marketing, customer service, or jewelry is preferred.  Manager must have own transportation and be proficient in Excel. High school diploma required; College degree or some college preferred.  Bilingual is a plus!

Position Details:

√ 45 hours per week – Mon – Fri 9:00 – 6:00.  Every other Saturday and overtime may be required.

√ Base plus bonus
